In today's turbulent world of financial, social and political pressures, the effects of low energy from apathy and burnout can be felt everywhere. For businesses, this results in either a low energy organisation, quietly quitting and unmotivated, or an organisation riddled with the negative energy of people who feel disenfranchised and neglected.

We work with trusted providers to assess energy levels at an organisation level, highlighting the quality and quantity of energy in the system. ​In order to begin shifting organisation energy, we believe the leader is a catalyst for change. By focusing on energising leadership, the impact can be felt rippling through the organisation. Effective interactions and incremental changes can create the best conditions for your people to be motivated and energised.

We support leaders by helping them understand their own energy using our Triangulation® methodology, as well as coaching and mentoring when necessary, so they can be the driving force for change. We also support organisation-wide change in two other keys ways: faciliation and micro-rituals.

Having a wider impact means running team sessions for groups of leadership beyond just the CEO, to help them understand what energises them and allow them to have energising interactions with their direct reports and beyond. Part of this is micro-rituals - small changes in habit or ways of working, which have a higher order impact than the initial change. By utilising and implementing these micro-rituals in their teams and ultimately the organisation, energy begins to build momentum and push the business to new heights.

 

​A practical example of such a change is exercise - whereby the act of exercise on one occasion has a very limited first order impact. However, with repetition and consistency, a small change in the form of exercise has a much greater order of impact down the line, leading to better energy levels, physical and mental health.​​​
