Our Energising Leaders System™ utilises our Triangulation® methodology to create a clear picture of a leaders strengths and pinpoint where they derive energy from in their working life.

The lenses of our Triangulation® assessment are effective signifiers of personal energy. By reflecting and developing a plan based on the data, we help leaders to work in a way that is rewarding and energising to them. We determine:

What is your energy for impact? How do you apply your energy?
What is your energising context? In what role are you most energised?
